We may share your information with: service providers operating under confidentiality obligations who help us run our business (scheduling software, payment processors, email platforms); the Georgia Department of Agriculture or other regulatory authorities when required by law or in connection with our GA Lic. #JPCE-GA-7829 licensing compliance obligations; courts or legal authorities when required by court order, subpoena, or applicable Georgia law; and a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to equivalent privacy protections. We do not share household composition or health-related information provided for treatment safety purposes with any third party for any purpose other than performing the service.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Georgia Structural Pest Control licensing regulations require client treatment records to be maintained for a minimum of three (3) years following the last service. Termite bond documentation is retained for the term of the bond plus three years. After required retention periods, personal information is deleted or permanently de-identified. 6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal information Treminix holds about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations; and opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to SMS or clicking unsubscribe in email.
