5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Georgia Structural Pest Control licensing regulations require client treatment records to be maintained for a minimum of three (3) years following the last service. Termite bond documentation is retained for the term of the bond plus three years. After required retention periods, personal information is deleted or permanently de-identified.
